There are limited RESERVED SEASONAL SPOTS available.
The reserved seasonal vendors area is for vendors that commit to attending all 10 Rotary Park markets in the 2018 Season. (July 1st – Sept 2nd, 2018).
The reserved vending area is located in the treed area along the alleyway in Rotary Park. The Mountain Market Manager will work with you to find a location in this area. Your spot will be reserved each market of the season.
Vendors must arrive by 9 am to claim their reserved market spot. If you do not claim your spot by 9 am, then it will be given away to another vendor and you will lose your seasonal reservation fee and your reservation for the rest of the season.
Vendors may cancel their location by notifying the Mountain Market a minimum of 24 hours before the market start. If you cancel you will continue to secure your good-standing of your reserved seasonal location. Only cancellations received via email at firstname.lastname@example.org will qualify as a valid cancellation (communication via phone, test or Facebook do not qualify).
To reserve your location, you must prepay for the entire season. Rates are calculated at the regular weekly market rate. A 10x10 spot would be $20 per market @ 10 markets for a total of $200. Other size booths will be rated similarly. Payment will be collected the first market of the season. Payment must be given in full. Please note that a reserved seasonal vendor spot is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Requests for seasonal vending are open June 1st-July 15th.

Requesting a spot does not guarantee you a spot.
Reservations will give priority to: 1st is given to farmers, 2nd is given to 2017 seasonal vendors, 3rd is given to long-time vendors, 4th to time of registration request.
