Seasonal Vending

There are limited RESERVED SEASONAL SPOTS available.
The reserved seasonal vendors area is for vendors that commit to attending all Rotary Park markets in the 2020 Market Season.

 

LOCATION
The Mountain Market Manager will work with you to find a location in this area during the first Rotary Park market. Your spot will be reserved for each market of the season.

ARRIVAL
Vendors must arrive by 9 am to claim their reserved market spot. If you do not claim your spot by 9 am, then it will be given to another vendor and you will lose your seasonal reservation fee and your reservation for the rest of the season.

CANCELLATIONS
Seasonal vendors may notify the Mountain Market if they will not be able to attend a market and can then continue to secure their spot in good standing. Cancellations with a minimum of 24-hours before the market start are also acceptable. Only cancellations received via email at mountainmarketfernie@gmail.com will qualify as a valid cancellation (communication Facebook do not qualify).

PAYMENT
To reserve your location, you must prepay in full for the entire season at the 1st market of the season. Rates are calculated at the regular weekly market rate. A 10×10 spot would be $20 per market @ 10 markets for a total of $200. Please note that a reserved seasonal vendor spot is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

When open, the online reservation form will show below.

Requesting a spot does not guarantee you a spot.

Reservations will give priority to: 1st to farmers, 2nd to food producers, 3rd to previous seasonal vendors, 4th to long-time vendors, 5th to the time of registration request.
