Planning on vending all season? Consider requesting a RESERVED SEASONAL SPOT.
Seasonal spots are for vendors that commit to attending all (or most) of the Rotary Park markets in the Market season.
The Mountain Market Manager will work with you to finalize a location for your seasonal spot during the first Rotary Park market. Your spot will be reserved for each market of the season.
Your spot will be reserved for you each market day. Please note that vehicle access to the grassy area closes at 8:45am and alley access closes at 9am.
SCHEDULING DAYS AWAY
Have a seasonal booth and know there is a certain day that you won’t be able to make? No problem. Cancellations received via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via word of mouth in a previous week will qualify as a valid cancellation (communication Facebook does not qualify). If you let us know then your reserved spot will remain in good-standing.
If you do not claim your spot by 9am, then it will be given to another vendor and you will lose your seasonal reservation fee and your reservation for the rest of the season.
To reserve your location, you must prepay in full for the entire season at the 1st market of the season. Rates are calculated at the regular weekly market rate. Eg. a 10×10 spot would be $20 per market @ 10 markets for a total of $200. Please note that a reserved seasonal spot is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Requests for seasonal vending open on June 1st.
When open, the online reservation form will show below.
Requesting a spot does not guarantee you a spot.
There are limited spaces available with parking behind them. These spots are prioritized for farmers, processed food vendors, and long-time vendors.
Priority for alley spots will given: 1st to farmers, 2nd to food producers, 3rd to previous seasonal vendors, 4th to long-time vendors, 5th to the time of registration request.
