- NOTE: This is a special event at our regular Rotary Park location. Food, farmers and artisan vendors do not need to pre-register to vend at this event, but food trucks & community groups do.

Do I need to pre-register and pre-pay to attend this event? No.
How much does it cost to vend at the Harvest Market event? It is $25 for a 10×10 booth. Food trucks cost $35. Community organizations attend for free if they have registered.
Do I need to have insurance to vend? Yes. All vendors are required to have insurance. Read how on the Vendors Only page. Many vendors like to use Duuo which is surprisingly quick, easy to use and costs most vendors less than $20/day.
What time does the Market event run? It runs from 10am to 2pm. Please review set up and take down times for market set up on our vendors page.
